Admission Guidelines

1. Centralized Allotment Process: Applications for admission to all U.G and P.G programs in colleges affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University must be submitted through the centralized allotment process. (For details, visit www.mgu.ac.in)

2. Management Quota: Applications for management quota can be obtained from the college office.

3. Complete Applications: Incomplete applications will be rejected.

4. Selection Criteria: Selection of students will be based on merit, conduct, and character.

5. Interview and Admission: Selected applicants must report to the college for an interview on the specified date, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Admission will be granted upon payment of the first installment of fees and submission of the necessary documents, including:

  • Plus Two mark list with an attested copy.
  • Transfer certificate, conduct certificate, and course certificate from the last attended institution.
  • Five passport-size photos with the application number, name, and phone number.
  • Income and community certificate for students belonging to backward classes and community certificate for SC, ST, and OEC students.
  • For students who passed qualifying examinations from other universities/boards: Migration certificate, application for recognition, and application for registration as a matriculate of this university.
  • Copy of Aadhar card.

6. Pass Certificates: Pass certificates, once submitted, will not be returned except when leaving the college. In special cases, students can borrow them for a short period upon special application and payment of dues for the term.
