Annually, orientation programs are conducted for faculty and support staff to motivate them for effectively implementing the institution's goals and objectives. The Faculty Development Committee addresses faculty needs in meeting the criteria for continuing, long-term service to the college. Additionally, it supports institutional growth goals and coordinates activities with the Faculty Development Coordinator.
